Wade C. Hoyt IV practices personal injury, criminal defense and family law and graduated magna cum laude from the John Marshall Law School in 1997. This followed his time at the University of Georgia, Athens where he earned a B.A. in speech communications and was a member of the Alpha Tau Omega fraternity. His bar admissions include the Georgia Bar in 1997, the Supreme Court of Georgia in 1998, the Georgia Court of Appeals in 1998 and more.

Wade C. Hoyt III practices personal injury, criminal, medical malpractice and divorce law. He earned bar admissions in Georgia in 1971 and in Tennessee in 1992 following his education and graduation in 1971 from the University of Georgia School of Law with his J.D. He also majored in political science and Latin during his undergrad years and was a member of the Kappa Alpha fraternity. Currently, he is a member of the State Bar of Georgia.
